    1. What age group is this box for?
    We offer two age levels:

    Little Disciples (ages 3–7)
    Faith Builders (ages 8–12)

    2. What's the difference between the Mini and Full box?
    Mini Boxes include scripture letters, keychains, toys, stickers, and bookmarks.
    Full Boxes include everything in the Mini Box plus a larger toy/item, craft kit, sensory play supplies, and memory verse tools.

    3. Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?
    You can choose! We offer one-time boxes, monthly subscriptions, and discounted 6- or 12-month plans.

    4. When will my box ship?
    All pre-orders made in July will ship in late August. Going forward, boxes ship around the 25th of each month.

    5. Can I cancel my subscription?
    Yes! You can cancel or pause anytime before your next billing date.

    6. What kind of content is inside the box?
    Each box centers around a Bible story or parable, with scripture letters, themed crafts, toys, and memory tools that reinforce biblical truth.

    7. Do I need to be a homeschooling parent to use this?
    Not at all! These boxes are perfect for any parent, grandparent, or church teacher looking to bring scripture into kids' everyday lives.

    🧩 Customization + Gifting

    8. Can I gift a box to someone else?
    Yes! Just choose “Gift this box” at checkout, and we’ll even include a personalized note.

    9. Can I choose which Bible story or theme we get?
    Each month is pre-selected with a powerful story like The Lost Sheep, Armor of God, or Feeding the 5,000. Themes rotate monthly and are listed in advance.

    10. Can I order past boxes?
    Not yet, but soon! In future months — while supplies last! You’ll find past boxes available in our shop under “One-Time Boxes.”

    11. How much is shipping?
    Shipping is flat-rate:

    $10 for Mini Boxes

    $32 for Full Boxes

    12. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
    Right now we ship within the U.S. only — but we’re working on international options!

    13. What if my box is missing something or arrives damaged?
    Please contact us right away and we’ll make it right. We want you to love every part of your Messages from Christ experience.

    14. Are refunds available?
    Due to the nature of subscription boxes, refunds aren’t guaranteed, but we’re happy to work with you to ensure satisfaction.
