Digital Products

No Returns or Refunds

• All digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, software, digital art, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Due to the nature of digital products, once they have been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

Physical Products

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns of physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

All returns must be requested and approved by us prior to sending the item back. We reserve the right to deny a return request if it does not meet our policy requirements or if the reason for return is deemed invalid.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
